E Ink eReaders are better for the eyes.

BBC News reports on light-emitting eReaders (like iPads) being responsible for a lot of lost quality sleep. While this is an old story finally receiving scientific validation, the reporting does little to implicate the ubiquitous CELL PHONES, WIDE SCREEN computer monitors, video game and entertainment centers and their combined, unwavering light.

The good news is E Ink eReaders need reflected light (like actual ink on paper) and so do not cause the same disruption to the sleep cycle. So if you’re shopping for something to read get a Kobo, Nook or Kindle.
