So far, the attempt to re-sell digital content has been defeated by judges in the U.S. and Germany (since selling an eBook requires making a copy of it, thus infringing on the author&#8217;s copyright).<\/p>\n<p>It would be nice to think that saner minds will prevail. And it is not inevitable just because Amazon wants to do it.
