I get a kick out of all this. You know, I would never have heard of this guy if not for the very digital changes he&#8217;s afraid of.<\/p>\n<p>It amazes me that so many writers can take such a non-traditional and potentially dangerous life-path and remain worry warts. It&#8217;s the nature of the beast, <em>yah? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>(p.s. I did the online reading test he suggests, and he&#8217;s right. I quit reading before the end of the article. When I realized this and went back to finish I discovered that I would have missed this line: &#8220;That is one of the risks we have going to digital \u00e2\u20ac\u201d losing our totemic,  fetishistic, soulful connection to pulp and ink and glue.&#8221; <em>I understand it, but fetishistic?
