(Unless the <strong>iPad maker<\/strong> is\u00a0going to call up its old price-fixing buddies.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amazon&#8217;s<\/strong> already getting lots of resistance from authors and publishers\u00a0who want an open market. The big picture in digital content never allows for exclusivity.
