The move is supposed\u00c2\u00a0to force sales of the hardcover version (and profits&#8230;). Oh, and here&#8217;s the dumbest part of their plan:\u00c2\u00a0the digital version will cost the\u00c2\u00a0same as the hardcover.<\/p>\n<h1>$35 for an eBook!\u00c2\u00a0<\/h1>\n<p>It&#8217;s surprising that King would be associated with this kind of outright\u00c2\u00a0banditry. After all, he&#8217;s been a driving force of eBooks since <em>The Plant<\/em> and unofficial spokes-scribe of Amazon&#8217;s Kindle with <em>Ur<\/em>. (I read <em>Ur<\/em>.
