No upside to Amazon’s new pay-by-the-page Kindle Unlimited plan

John Scalzi calls it as he sees it regarding Amazon’s upcoming pay-by-the-page payment plan for Kindle Select authors enrolled in the Kindle Unlimited eBook subscription service.

There is no upside for the authors.
