BusinessWeek posted some book and eBook sales figures that bode well for the eBook Revolution while suggesting alarming trends for the traditional publishing industry. With eBook sales rising rapidly, the pressure is on the traditional publishing houses to get with the program and develop business models that suit the technological advances.
It looks like the readers are ready to go, but the mainstream still needs affordable eBook reading devices (like Kobo’s) for early adopters and the curious.
