TechEye reports that eBooks are outselling paperbacks in the UK. This after the fairly recent arrival and slow UK adoption of the Amazon Kindle. It looks like they’re finally jumping into the eBook Revolution.

PublishersWeekly offers some specifics on the settlement agreed to by publishers sued for colluding with Apple and other publishers to fix eBook prices. The post lists some of the restrictions Hachette, Simon & Schuster and HarperCollins will have to respect in future business dealings.
