Penguin Group settles in DOJ price-fixing lawsuit.

Publishing Group Penguin has decided to settle in the anti-trust price-fixing lawsuit leveled against it, Apple and a group of other publishers by the  U.S. Department of Justice. Conspirators Hachette Book Group, HarperCollins Publishers, and Simon & Schuster have already settled which leaves the still defiant ringleader Apple and surviving crony Macmillan angling for a fight.
