eBooks outsell hard covers.

Zdnet reports that The Association of American Publishers says adult eBook sales are up $282.3-million in 2012 and adult hard cover sales fell short at $229.6 million.

This is a first for the publishing industry and suggests good times are ahead for the eBook Revolution. The reason for the switch? The AAP suggests it’s the trade and mass-market paperback audience shifting to digital.
