Slashgear says that Barnes and Noble is dropping the price of its Nook Tablet and Nook Color likely in preparation for new competition rumored to be coming to the market from Apple (iPad mini) and Amazon (new Kindle Fire models).
If that’s the case, prepare for some affordable tablet reading and viewing in the near future.
