MacWorld offers the latest on Apple’s attempts to obstruct and delay the anti-trust lawsuit levered against the company by the US Department of Justice. The iPad maker declares that settlements arranged between the DOJ and Apple’s co-conspirators penalize Apple (who did not settle) before the company gets a fair day in court.
How about consumers getting a fair price for an eBook? Apple’s got to stop defending their illegal actions and start selling eBooks at a fair price. They are obstructing the entire eBook Revolution.
