Digital Book World reports on departing Barnes & Noble CEO William Lynch leading the management changes that are occurring eerily in conjunction with the bookseller’s recent move out of eBook Reader Nook Device manufacturing. (Though B&N will continue selling the profitable Nook eBooks.)
