TidBITS says that Apple has now received final judgment for its role in the eBook price-fixing case that has damaged consumer confidence, misappropriated a fortune from consumers and seriously slowed down the eBook Revolution.
Let’s hope we can get this out of the way, and get back to eBook adoption. (Hear that Apple? Don’t appeal it. Let it go. People want to read books!)
