No trial delay for Apple

Tech2 reported that US District Judge Denise Cote has denied Apple’s bid to delay a trial that will allow more than 2 dozen states to pursue damages in relation to the iPad maker’s participation in a price-fixing conspiracy for which it was found guilty in 2013.
