Apple continues to refuse to accept a years’ old guilty verdict laid against it by the U.S. Supreme Court for conspiring with five of the biggest U.S. publishers to fix the price of eBooks. I’d almost admire their determination if this constant legal wrangling was not also undermining confidence in the eBook Revolution.
