Techtimes reports on the new Amazon Fire HD 8 Reader’s Edition tablet. Aside from some lovely perks, it sounds like they’re also trying to bring Kindle Unlimited to the mainstream. The new device comes with a year’s free subscription.
They claim that the year of Kindle Unlimited “Netflix for books” has a $120 value…but it sounds like they have to give it away.
