Kobo wants Indie “Writing Life” authors to purchase $100 ISBNs

GoodeReader writes that Kobo wants Indie authors who publish through Kobo Writing Life to purchase ISBN numbers for $100 a pop. (Sounds like Kobo Writing Life is shooting itself in the foot.)
