Google Play Enforces New Payment Rules for Amazon, B&N, etc.

Ars Technica reports that Google Play is cracking down on enforcement of the change to its billing system that is meeting resistance from Amazon, Barnes & Noble and other eBook retailers that sell through their Android Apps.
