Walmart Launching $69.96 Kobo Aura eReader

According to a GoodeReader report, Walmart is finally embracing the eBook game by launching a Kobo Aura Walmart eBook Edition eReader for just $69.96.

This after the sole Kobo distributor for the US and retail giant seemed to have gone passive after inking the deal with the international eBook seller.

That price and eBook selection is bound to grab some attention. (And maybe provide a much-needed shake up in the Amazon-dominated eBook Revolution.)
