Kobo eReaders and eBooks Roll out to US Walmarts

GoodeReader is offering wide coverage of the Kobo/Rakuten-Walmart alliance as it rolls out, with Kobo eReaders and eBooks beginning to arrive at all US Walmart stores and online today.

They’re also reporting on the impending arrival of a new Kobo eReader in October.

And it looks like part of the new initiatives by Kobo includes Overdrive functionality on its eReaders to allow the borrowing of eBooks from libraries on any Kobo device.
