eBook prices still too high.

The Christian Science Monitor wonders along with us why eBooks cost so much. (We’re also sure these inflated prices are the main threat to the eBook Revolution’s growth.)

Public libraries see Indie authors as perfect fit.

PublishersWeekly reports that Indie publisher and distributor Smashwords has inked a deal to put 10,000 of its author eBook titles in public libraries.

New publishing model continues to evolve.

The Border Mail provides a snapshot of the eBook Revolution’s constantly evolving identity where the Indie author can connect with readers to find great success without the middlemen siphoning off a share of the profits. It’s still early in digital publishing, but it is gratifying to see this union of writer and reader.
