Digital Book World posted on Barnes and Noble and Samsung working an exclusive deal to make the NOOK App for Kids the proprietary reading app on the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Kids.

While I’m not a fan of proprietary software, I am pleased to see Barnes and Noble is still in the eBook game, and swinging deals with market leaders.
